Phil joined Palomar as an Account Executive in April 2014 after working in the software industry for 14 years. He has expertise in the construction industry along with property and casualty.

Phil is a 1977 graduate of Auburn University where he was the starting quarterback 1974-1976 and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
