Justin was appointed Chief Technology Officer of Palomar Insurance Corporation in 2022. In this role, he leads the development and execution of technology strategies and oversees the management of complex IT systems across the Palomar companies.

Justin began his career with Palomar in 2011 as an Information Technology Specialist shortly after earning his degree in Information Technology from South University. His strong technical acumen and leadership potential led to his promotion to IT Manager in 2013. Since then, he has played a key role in driving digital transformation and enhancing operational efficiency through innovative technology solutions.
