Jennifer Allen joined Palomar Insurance in 1997 as Accounting Manager and has been a vital part of the company’s financial operations ever since. With over two decades of experience, she brings deep expertise and a steady hand to all areas of accounting and financial reporting. In 2024, Jennifer was promoted to Director of Accounting, where she continues to lead the team with precision, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys cruising and spending time on the water whenever vacation time allows.
