Erin Boutwell, MBA, RPLU serves as Vice President of Marketing and brings more than 10 years of insurance industry experience across both retail agency and wholesale brokerage environments. She specializes in commercial lines, specialty accounts, professional liability, and complex risk, with a strong focus on strategic marketing, carrier relationships, and new business development.

She offers deep expertise in commercial lines marketing, including submission strategy, market placement, and proposal development. She has led a multi-location marketing team that drove significant new business growth.

Erin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Risk Management and Insurance from Troy University, where she graduated cum laude. She holds a Master of Business Administration in General Business and has achieved the Registered Professional Lines Underwriter (RPLU) designation. In recognition of her leadership and professional impact, Erin was named a Top 40 Under 40 honoree by CentrAL Magazine.

A resident of Troy, Erin lives with her husband of 10 years, their two children, and two dachshunds. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the dance studio with her daughter, participating in fitness classes on the Troy downtown square, and relaxing with family and friends by the pool. She is also an active member and volunteer at her church.
