For over 20 years Dean has tailored insurance and risk management services for large commercial clients across the country.  He brings deep expertise in food and beverage, manufacturing, property management, and construction risks. Dean holds multiple advanced designations—including Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), RIMS Fellow (RF), Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS), Certified Environmental Specialist (CeS), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Professional Workers’ Compensation Advisor—demonstrating his commitment to excellence and specialized knowledge.

Dean sold a successful insurance business in 2021 and moved back to his hometown, where he lives on a farm with his wife and their son.  He enjoys coaching youth sports, teaching Sunday School, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.  Dean has also served on various boards and commissions focused on public safety, crisis management, environmental stewardship, financial sustainability and community growth and development.
