David Ousley is Vice President of Marketing, Commercial Division located in Palomar’s Birmingham office. David joined the Palomar team in 2017, bringing with him over 25 years of commercial marketing experience.

He began his commercial insurance career in Birmingham where he gained valuable experience negotiating for clients across many different industries. Over time, he developed a heavy concentration in construction insurance responsible for developing insurance programs and Risk Management programs. He has established longstanding relationships with many different underwriters, which has proved helpful in negotiating the best programs available for clients. He is a proud graduate of the University of Alabama.
