Brayden is an Account Executive who works with transportation clients, bringing six years of hands-on experience in automotive manufacturing, industrial maintenance, and engineering team leadership. This background gives him a unique, operations-driven understanding of safety, compliance, and risk management—allowing him to connect with transportation clients’ day-to-day challenges and deliver insurance strategies that are both practical and aligned with real-world operations.

Before entering the insurance industry, Brayden built his career with Mazda Toyota Manufacturing, starting as a Skilled Maintenance Technician and advancing to an Engineering Skilled Team Leader. In these roles, he strengthened his technical expertise, improved system reliability through kaizen initiatives, solved complex mechanical and electrical problems, and led diverse teams with a focus on performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. His experience optimizing equipment uptime, managing risk, and navigating demanding operational environments complements his approach to helping transportation clients address similar pressures around safety and efficiency.

Brayden holds an Associate of Applied Science in Advanced Manufacturing Technologies from Calhoun Community College.
