Palomar Insurance Corporation has expanded its Risk Consulting Services with the addition of Danny McPeters, a veteran transportation safety leader and former Georgia Division Administrator for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
McPeters brings more than a decade of experience leading statewide safety initiatives, overseeing 3,000+ investigations, and partnering with federal agencies including the FBI, NTSB, and U.S. Attorney’s Office. He has a proven record of developing and implementing strategic programs that reduced fatalities and enhanced commercial vehicle safety. By leading collaborative coalitions and multi-agency safety initiatives with state and industry stakeholders, he provides unmatched expertise in regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and crash liability defense. His expertise spans FMCSA compliance, crash investigations, and carrier risk assessment.
He joins Randy Watson, a 40-year industry veteran and former Alabama Trucking Association Safety Professional of the Year, to provide Palomar clients with specialized guidance on:
- On-site risk assessments
- Safety program development
- Driver training and compliance support
