Palomar Insurance Corporation is pleased to announce the addition of Bernadette LeBlanc to our team. Bernadette joins us with over 20 years industry and leadership experience including strategic market development, M&A, hiring and recruitment, training and development, and sales coaching. Most recently, she served as Director of Corporate Development – Specialty Practices at USI Insurance Services, where she successfully sourced and managed acquisitions in specialty lines such as P&C wholesale, employee benefits, and retirement consulting—consistently exceeding sourcing goals.
Throughout her career, Bernadette has built a reputation for mentoring teams, developing innovative business strategies, and driving organizational growth. In addition to her corporate success, she has been deeply involved in professional leadership, serving on the Board of Directors for the Human Resource Association of Broward County and
receiving multiple awards for her volunteer service and contributions.
